Music and Lyrics by Dwayne Keith
This song was written by Dwayne Keith during the blizzard of 1993.
He had to stay at home when Philadelphia was blanketed with three
feet of snow, and it took several days to get many of the smaller
streets dug out. There's a lot more to this story, but it has
nothing to do with the song, so you will have to come to a show and
hope that Dwayne tells the story again... |
![]() GEG playing at Music Choice, one of several cable radio stations that they have visited Dwayne and Eric met in grade school. They weren't interested in helping each other at that time however. They were mortal foes. Actually, it was worse - they were team captains on opposing street hockey teams. Fortunately, they became fast friends as well as roomates in a house that became known as "The Hills," and was the base for all of the early rehearsals for the band that was known at that time as Sojourn, and later changed its name to Grey Eye Glances. For those of you who want to know, there is a reference to Eric Lindros on the CD Eventide. He was on the Philadelphia Flyers when the CD came out. Why don't you go to the Discussion Board on the main website and see if anyone has figured it out? No hints Dwayne! |
